Soft Pastels are pure dry pigment combined with just enough binder to form into drawing sticks or in jars. This drawing material provides a beautiful, soft, matte finish when coated thickly onto paper. It is the same medium Masters of the Renaissance (such as Leonardo da Vinci) used in portraits, and many modern artists still use this medium today. Pastels are made to adhere to textured surfaces, and need to be kept behind glass, as the medium can still smudge long after completion. Your drawing will be shipped to you in a protective, secured container that prevents any smudging.

After receiving your information, Scott will send you an email let you know the exact costs of your portrait commission and chat about your Pet. You can pay an advance deposit for your artwork using Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.
